Dr. Barbara Stuart
Owner and Veterinarian, DVM Dr. Stuart is a 1986 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Kansas City VMA.
She has practiced in the Kansas City area since 1986, including four years at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic, and has been in private practice since 1989.
Dr. Stuart has expertise in the areas of puppy and kitten wellness, dermatology, allergies, ear and skin medicine, and geriatric pet care.
Dr. Stuart has an Australian Shepherd named Bailey.
Dr. Deb Glaum
Veterinarian, DVM
Dr. Deb graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Deb practiced in Amarillo, Texas, for five years following college and then opened Valley Parkway Animal Clinic in Olathe and she joined Ridgeview Animal Hospital in 2005.
Her interests include clinical pathology, public health & zoonotic diseases, pet hospice and herbal medicine. She is currently studying for her master's degree in Public Heath through KSU.
Dr. Deb has horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats.
Dr. Heather Shuey-Burton
Veterinarian, DVM
Dr. Shuey graduated from Kansas State
University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She has served in the United States Army
Reserves as a military veterinarian for over 11 years and has been
deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). Dr.
Shuey is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and has practiced in the Kansas City
area since graduating veterinary school. She joined Ridgeview Animal
Hospital in 2001. Her interests include preventive medicine,
surgery, and inheritance genetics.
Dr. Shuey's family includes two children,
dogs, cats, fish, turtles, a snake, and one patient husband!
