Appointments

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Walk-in patients without appointments will be worked in as soon as possible. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop-off' means you bring your pet at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours or all day. Usually we will ask you to drop off your pet in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient between appointments. Once the doctor has examined your pet, she will give you a call to review the exam findings and discuss a treatment plan.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For the safety of your pet and others, please have your pet on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting area.

Patient Arrival

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Boarding and Grooming

For the safety of our patients, all pets coming for grooming, boarding or drop-off services must be current on their basic vaccinations. Proof of current vaccinations must be presented at time of admission. If any vaccinations are past due we will be happy to update them during your pet's stay. Each pet will be examined for fleas and ticks at time of admission. If any parasites are found, a flea/tick treatment will be administered to keep our facility flea and tick free.

Payment

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
